As many of you may have heard, Clevite was purchased by Mahle a short while back. Since the change, the only real difference in our 7m bearings is the main bearings.
All 7m bearings are actually NDC bearings reboxed. The new clevite bearings are still NDC bearings and still bear the NDC stamp right on the bearing.
Prior to the buyout, NDC rod bearings and thust washers came from Japan and The main bearings came from Australia.
Now, ALL the bearings come from Japan. No new 7m clevite bearings come from Australia.
