I guess I'll get in on this:
At 5 my mom died and went to live with my grandparents
Again at 5 my close uncle died
At 11 my dad died
At 14 my older sister died
At 14 again my grandpop died and he was like my dad
At 18 my best friend for 16 years died
About a year later I got cancer
And this is the first time I actually talked about my past
And now I'm all good
My Supra was my first car and still have it
I just bought a house
My RS is getting an STi swap
I'am completely honest with everyone no matter what
I dont lie
And I'am a strong believer in Karma
And I love to enjoy life
Theres more but I'm in a rush I'll ninja edit later.

lemme see your tattoo's!

They are cool, I guess that's something else I could have put in mine. I have a tattoo and even though I only have one it's quite big. I want more so bad, and want to get more work done on the one I have already.

About me. … :icon_conf
Name: John
Born : Feb 29th 1972 (yup leap year!) Hackensack New Jersey
Have 1 brother (younger) and 1 sister (younger)
Moved to Florida when I was 9 years old and I am still here
Was in the paper for being the youngest drag racer when I was 12
Parents got divorced when I was 15
First car was a 1967 Chevelle SS 396 (built it with my dad when I was 15)
Mom moved out of the country when I was 16 (Netherlands)
First job was at a computer store as a repair technician.
Met my best friend at that same little computer store – He was hired to take my job after I was promoted to Sr. Technician.
I moved out of dads house when I was 18
Moved to a 6br house with my best friend from the computer store and 4 of his friends (that was the best time! )
Always was a fat kid all the way to adulthood
Hit the 300lb mark on the scale when I was 19
Got married in 2001
Reached 442Lbs on the “special scale” by 2004
In 2005 I decided I was going to die soon – so I found a Dr. to do a Gastric Bypass
Went to Ft. Lauderdale for the surgery (paid for it myself – total cost $42,000.00)
WEIGHT ON SURGERY DAY 443LBS 2004
WEIGHT TODAY 240LBS 2007
This is the first time I have ever told anyone about my surgery that did not know me before.
I can no longer eat food with added sugar in it because it makes me sick
I guess I am considered a success story
I have a lot of skin that needs to be cut off of me now. (looks like a deflated balloon )
I still have to buy clothes 2 sizes too big to hide the skin so I look bigger then I am :(
I still see myself as a FAT person, I still ask for a table and not a booth at restaurants even tho I fit in a booth now with room to spare. (I am told this will fade away, I don’t think it will)
My best and only friend from the computer store was also 400lbs , He decided to have the same surgery as I did a year after me.
Unfortunately he died about 2 weeks after the surgery from a blood clot that went to his heart from his leg. He has been gone for a year an a few months and I still talk to him almost every day.
Bought a supra because I always wanted one when I was 400+lbs but could not fit in one. I always owned a truck or van.
Currently I am an independent Forensic Computer Expert hired by Police, FBI, or private lawyers. (Its really a sexy name for a legal hacker)
I own a house and have 3 dogs
My wife has stuck by me when I was fat and now she is with me struggling with my loose skin. She does no want me to have another surgery but understands I will when I can. (I hate it more then I let on with her)
I log into Supramania.com almost every hour of the day when I can. I am addicted to the site and the people I have met
That’s about all I can think of… I will add before and after pics soon….

Sorry Rakkasan, but it's the truf. I wouldn't make lie to you. Just a few random facts about myself. I've got plenty of them, but I don't want this to turn into a pity party or a who's had a rougher life thread. Nobody has had everything given to them on here, so I'll leave it at that, but it was all the truth, believe it or not.

I really am lucky to have met the woman I married. She loves me uncoditionally and I am tryly blessed with a wonderful family. I have typed with many of you on here and consider you my friends even though we haven't met in person. You can still tell about a person's personality on here by how they respond to other peoples problems and how they treat newcomers and other peoples difference of opinions. I really love it here and can't imagine any other website having this close a group of people...........lol

Thanks for those of you who believe me, and for those that don't, you are entitled to your opinion, no matter how wrong it is...........lol

JDM......that is my favorite Chevelle of all. Good luck with your weight and I hope you get healthier every day...........lol

I fell into the job really. I was a computer technition then went into networking, I did data recovery for a while and that led me here. A lawyer I know asked if I could help him with a case. Next thing I knew I was being qualified as an expert witness in federal court. Its all down hill from there.

I am the one the police or local FBI call when they take a computer from someone they suspect has child pornography on it and want an independent expert to examine the computer. I do a search and list everything that is on the computer (even the deleted stuff :) ) Then the police take it from there.

I can tell you I have seen some disturbing stuff.. :(

Thanks JMD, and good luck to the rest of you fighting with your weight for healthy reasons. I'm lucky in that respect. I have a physical job and it's easier for me to maintain my weight, so I guess I take it for granted. I wish you the best with your weight loss and trying to get in better shape............

I'm glad I'm naturally slim. Cuz all I do at work is sit on my ass all day and click a mouse and pound my keyboard. :)
