I have heard of an pre89 taillight to 89+ taillight conversion. How would one go about this? Is it direct fitment or is there any mods that need to be done?

sup man ya im in tikirit and ive seen a guy with a red 88t driving down the road made me home sick like hell.
yes i did it and it's just 2 holes for the center peice you have to drill and new bulb holders other than that it's pretty straight forward
I don't know why, but I didn't have to drill the holes. I just had to make a couple of them bigger. It isn't hard either way.
