Surging Idle and Stalling

PROBLEM:
Idle surges from 500 to 700 and sometimes stalls.
If I turn the lights or ac compressor on, it idles up and is kinda driveable.
If I rev it up it runs great. It just stalls or runs horrible (surging) when idleing.

THINGS I HAVE TRIED:
Checked TPS via TSRM
Checked Timing via TSRM
ISCV clicks when turned off
Adjusted MAFTPRO ve table to try to correct without success
Cant be vacuum leak running speed density (right?)

CODES:
Air Intake Temp (maftpro)
HAC Sensor (maftpro)
Vehicle Speed Sensor (cables are good, problem with gear in transmission)

BACKGROUND: I had the maft pro running perfectly with 440s and stock fuel pump.
After installing high imp. rx7 550 injectors it idled a little rougher still driveable though. Then I installed a walbro 255 fuel pump and the problem gradually got worse to where I'm at now. (Over a 6 month period)

Could running the stock regulator be my problem?
Could a clogged fuel injector cause the idle to surge even though it runs and boosts great when not at idle?
Anybody have any ideas? I'm at the point where I'll just start throwing money at it and replace part by part if I have to.

Mods are in my sig. Here's a video: http://bit.ly/1FIL9Mw

Thanks in advance for your help.

Depends how large of a leak. However, not sure what effect that would have with that piggy back. With my EMS, a large intake leak caused my idle to spike up to 2800rpm and run pig rich at idle. Still ran fine under load, just didn't make as much boost.
