try calling theme, I have bought parts from them and titan, never had a problem but over the phone is the best way to address problems, faster nad you know you have talked to who you need to so i'd say CALL THEM
I've been having problems with them aswell... can't seem to be able to get ahold of them, I paid for my item damn near a month ago and I haven't heard a word (well other than, I will get you in touch with so and so, and that's it)
i've had both pleasant and unpleasent experiences.. the took there time shipping out a part.. so they next day aired it to me. This other time they didnt let me know they didnt have a part in stock until i called.
