hmm, is the ECU temp sender in good condition? It may need to warm up before it will idle.
Vac leaks? ISC issue...

Dealing with a 5m here IHI not a 7m.

If it TCCS based it's still dependent on the the CTS signal for cold idle and cold enrichment. Btw, what was the cause of the no start?

If you can hold high rpm, but it stalls, check for a leak between the airflow meter and TPS.
