I received the exact text today from "Suzane." This is actually the 3rd time I have responded to ads on craigslist from this same individual or group, hereafter referred to as "it".

I am playing with the scammer right now, telling it that in consideration of the honorable cause (UNICEF), I will buy the car. I make mention of the "EBay Automobile Protection" that it wants to work with, telling it that I has a deal fall through once using EBay. I then offer to send the full amount to a Western Union location of it's choice.

The last 2 times I couldn't get it to play along. But, I have learned from the 2 experiences, and hopefully it will fall for my scam this time. Once I have a Western Union location from it, I will call that location's local police or sheriff's office.

Someone may know this car in question. It is listed for $2,850.00. It is also actively listed on AutoTrader.com in what I believe is a real ad. The links to both:

I have emailed the person from Auto Trader twice, no reply yet. If anyone recognizes this Supra, contact the owner.

I also suspect another car on craigslist as a scam. It is in Arizona. I have actually called the police department at the AZ city. I will post the results of that soon.

This crap really pisses me off, I know it does you too, so we should all try to fight these !!!$%^&*( lowlifes!

I know the actual owner of the car (assuming he has not sold it yet). Not much one can do about it but mark the ads as spam.
