Supra idling wierd

Hey guys i just changed my head gasket last week and when i got done my car started to act funny so i checked the timing again also checked the injectors and ignition and its not knocking so i dont think its the valves any sugestions??

7M is a non-interference, valves CAN'T touch the pistons.

Did you do your valve timing properly. Set ignition timing with terminals jumped? And check for codes.

During start it sounds like i have a cam and hard to hold idle and when it holds idle it sounds like the car skips a cylinder

what do you mean it sounds like you have a cam? sorry if i dont understand
does the idle jump around?
is there a misfire?
check the ISCV. sometimes they get dirty and its pretty easy to clean
check the codes

I think i see what it is my EGR valve, is a little damaged and releasing air.
