STUPID COP!!! *RANT!

fucking i hate em! I got caught speeding by a fucking pig. I was doing 70 in a 35 zone in a wide open street. stupid asshole cop. I pulled into a little store when he flashed his lights and then i park. I turn off my engine and take off my seabelt to take all the stuff i knew he would want to see from my glove compartment. he comes up and takes it from my hand and walks back.

I look in my mirror and see him writing down info on the ticket. He comes back with my stuff and tells me he got me for doing 72 in a 35 zone and then it also fucking says "No seatbelt". I was fucking angry at this fucking asshole. If there anyway i can argue about it?

I mean ok... I deserve the speeding ticket but the fucking no seatbelt shit pissed me off. :cry: :cry: :cry: :icon_evil :icon_evil :icon_evil :icon_evil :icon_evil

2) you aren't supposed to do any thing until the cop tells you too, A.K.A take off your seat belt, find your information. Just sit there until he comes to you and act like a pussy.

yea, i almost got pulled over with my friend in his FD. i still don't know how he wasnt arested. he has a warrent out for his arrest, we were clocked doing 105 in a 55, and when we saw the cop he slamed on the breaks and slowed to 40. the cop followed us for at least 10 minuets after that, but he didn't pull us over.

we found out later form his sister, who works at the dispach office, that the cop had in fact clocked us at 105. glad he didn't catch us a few seconds earlier, at 130!

i learned that too. Well really i had my seatbelt off in my moms van (i drove 1 mile to the corner store to get milk and i got pulled over) and i just told him i got my registration out of the glovebox so i had to undoo my seatbelt.

I dont knokw that a lawyer would do much for you. Your probably better off just explaining to the judge what happened. Tell the truth. I got a preaty bad ticket when i was unresponsable i just told him what happened and why i thought i needed to do it. and he was very understanding and let me off with a much lower sentance. i would recomend going to www.radardetector.net or it has a s and the end i cant remember. There is a section ppl help you out with speeding tickets and such. I hope this helps.

good for you ... you sould have NOT being speeding that much in the 1st place, thats why you are pissed because you got cought. well im glad you did get cough i would have defenatly given you a ticket maybe now you will slow down.....so dont hate us cops we have to do our job....if you are lucky you wont loose your license.

thats ok and dandy but im sure he was also pissed at the cop in the 1st place when he was pulled over ......im sure this wasnt his 1st time getting pulled over. the way he talks about cops is nothing new ive heard it all but i guarantee you one day he will need a cop. not all cops are bad there are some that are good and honest too like in every job. there is only one thing he can do in order to fight this......... trust me being a traffic cop there are ways around it....

But there is one thing i have allways wanted to know. If you are a traffic cop.
Can you get in the PD with a mistameanor i believe it was a class 3 mistameanor and it was that 101 in a 55.

It depends on the PD as far as mistameanor traffic yes you still can join the PD, when i went tru the Police academy there was a guy with a prior DUI in his record and he was hired so like i said is up to the PD to hire you good luck to you.

Talk to the trooper or police officer when you go to court tell him you have a clean record and you are planiing on going into the PD tell him you will plead guilty to the speeding if he drops the seatbelt ticket. if not ask for a calibration of the radar gun. also if you cant afford a lawyer ask for a public defender they are free. good luck i hope it works out for you.

Did you get hit with with laser or what? there are several ways they can get your speeed. If it was conventional X, K, or KA radar guns then they are callibrated with tuning forks i believe. There are lots of other ways out of tickets. IM sure onefstsupra89 will help you out he probably knows way more than i do.
