It looks useless, fuel system looks complete with it's fuel rail regulator . My 1st. 1jz supra had no pulse dampener and ran perfect, Im changing my motor mount brackets and I want to remove it entirely.

When i removed it on my bpu 1jz it caused a very violent lean spot at about 3000k rpm, so much that caused the car to bog and wideband to read 18+afr
when i put the dampner back on, the problem went away. Its very strange

Don't remove it. You can barely notice its there.

If you decide to remove it, hold it, when you install the bypass drive the car and tune, if you still run fine then keep it for safe keeping and enjoy.... if you run like crap then put it back on.

Mine had my car running so rich that it wouldn't rev past a certain RPM... When i messed with the AFPR it would rev past and it would break out through out the RPMS depending on the FP i set it @
