I agree with all said IMO about DDP there.

Yeah you no what they go on about in these brochures while trying to sell a new product on the market:crazy1:
Thats just what it says in it man. But IMO it would be a wee bit slower maybe around 6.5-6.8?? I would think.
When you put a few parts on and take to track it will be interesting:)

I have further updates that i have found in more old magazines from late 80s these ones are Australian magazines. The magazines are called "Wheels" and have what seems to me more accurate results for the 7mgte Supra.

Manual Gearbox Test.........

1/4 mile manual = 15.5 Best run = 15.2@150km/h
0-100km/h = 7.5 seconds
0-60 = 6.9 seconds

Whoa, back from the dead! Great find, that sounds like the most accurate information I've heard thus far! Thanks for seeking that out bro, I'd still be interested in information for the auto, but that certainly helps a lot.

Can the TPS affect the way the cars transmission acts?

YES the A/T ECT selects shift points by looking at TPS values.
If you look at TSRM you will see the chart with % throttle and shift point for both Norm and Power.

Could someone provide a link to the accumulator mod?

Here's an okay description of it - http://supraforums.com/forum/showpost.php?p=2855328&postcount=1

Pictures aren't too great, I'll dig around some more...

EDIT: A little more clarification on shim placement - http://supraforums.com/forum/showpost.php?p=2857115&postcount=16

Here's the whole thread, all 9 pages - http://supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=267655

Now people are using rods instead of shims (should've read the entire thread before posting about it, but whatever) - http://supraforums.com/forum/showpost.php?p=4160123&postcount=259
