stock fuel pressure regulator

Hi, i am taking off most of the performance parts i had installed, i was wondering would the stock fuel pressure regulator be good to boost 16psi? would it blow? i am not running the VSV valve, does it matter? i want to take my paxton off, i feel i dont longer need 1.1 fuel pressure.
P.S assuming i would use 680cc injectors and a map ecu to tune it.

I am running 13 psi on a stock CT26. What do you mean blow the regulator? It is springloaded closed. You need vacuum to open it.
