hey guys ive had this problem for the last few months. ive driven my car alot more lately and want to iron this out before it gets anymore worse. whenever I turn right I hear my ps pump whine and the thw steering wheel gets tight for a second before I hear a clunk and the steering is back to normal. it will do this constantly at any speed or rpm. sometimes it wont occur but its getting more and more frequent. turning left will give me no problems at all. the car is an 87 with a 2jzgte in it. I have replaced the pump since I had one laying around and the problem continued. I have also bled the system a few times with no luck. am I looking at a rack problem here? what should I be looking for when I inspect the rack?
