ok car wont start the starter relay is clicking all wires have been checked to starter fomr battery ignition switch checked and is ok starter relay was replaced battery is litterlay brand new and has been charged up but car wont start as i said it is ticking right behind the starter relay on i belive fuse box # 4 does anyone have osme possible ideas its my buddys car not mine im agianst a 7mge lol

Try to hit the starter a few times and see if it will start. Also your battery to starter connections are clean and not hard and brittle?
was the solenoid contact disk replaced??
the clicking you hear is prolly the solenoid actuating, but if the disk is corroded or warped it wont complete the circuit.
try jumping the terminal, if you can, haven't looked at mine. if she goes, buy a new starter.

i may have misread your write up, is the solenoid on the starter clicking? or just the relay in the fuse pannel?
