stalling and high idie issues

my supra wants to idle low and sometimes stall when letting off the gas to slow down. it does it about half the time. if i feather the gas while coming to a red light, it will be ok. when it does stall, it always starts right up.
i was thinking the bov being vented to the atmosphere is the issue.
also, sometimes on start up it will idle around 1500rpm. usually it goes down after a few minutes, but it occasionally stays high for a few miles of driving.

are these two problems related? what can i do to correct this?
thanks......

i tried swapping i na new one when i bought the car. they both seemed to read the same when i tested them. i'm leaning towards the tps as a possible culprit though.
i forgot to add, if i slightly press the gas the car will hunt between 500 and 1500.

i have the same issue with stalling some times, and someone once told me it was my BOV. the ecu doesn't know where the air goes due to it being programmed for a recirculating BOV.

high idle is either tps or the icv.
