ST Sway Bars

Just curious. Are there two stiffness settings possible when installing the ST sway bars? If so which is better from the experience people have had.

what kind of racing?
what differential?
How much power?

only the rear bar is adjustable

ST has 2 holes, whiteline has 3.

Looking at all of the pictures of the sway bars online (they're green) I only see one hole at the end of each bar.

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong picture. Not sure but I just didn't see how the stiffness setting would be changed in the rear.

These are from SupraofDoom's classified ad. The first picture looks like there is only 1 hold for the rear, but thats because the first hole is obstructed:
