Squeaky steering wheel

When the ambient temperature is down to about 35 degrees F or lower, my steering wheel squeaks. Anyone else have this issue?

haha, ya, when its kinda cold out, when i drive my car it squeeks, it drives me mad, but its done it for the past 3 years and i havent done anything about it....

My steering wheel squeaks sometimes when I turn the wheel slowly. I'm planning on just replacing it since it's a pre89 wheel (which i don't like) and hopefully that will stop the squeak.

not the steering wheel but 99% of the time I've had noise from turning a steering wheel it's been the clock spring for the horn...
