Looking to run a colder plug for 1j i have exhaust intake mines ecu walbro 225 550 mk4 injectors and a fpr the plug is a bkr6ep

For NGK plugs, a colder plug than that would be: BKR7EP.

I dont think you need a colder one though...

^ Right, you shouldnt need to run a colder plug.

you don't need colder plugs unless you are single turbo running serious boost

thats a huge fricking gap man, you might want to try tightening up the gap on your plugs

im running .028" on BKR7E

might sound stupid but would the .28 be good when i do the single upgrade it going to be drift motion 60-1 with 70 ar. And im running auto lites 3923

if youre going single, gap at .028 at the most, if youre going really high boost, gap them even smaller
