:withstupi Too many Honda's, Cavaliers, etc. around my town that take their hubcaps off and all of a sudden think they have charcoal rims.

yeah... or extra light sporty wheels or something. before i was into all this I would have believed that they were the ligher or lightest wheels because of their thickness... they sure look cheap but they are hella heavy!

how do they compare to the normal stock running tires? They look like the same size on mine....

just another perspective...

i can check the sidewalls i guess but... they look near the same to me.

IMO the first thing that comes to mind when i see these is...HONDA! blahhh... i dunno why but it just does...maybe because you always see cheapo honda's driving around with their hubcappable rims and no hubcaps....

They are either the same size or damn close. But when the time comes and he wants to upgrade to a larger/better tire, his choices will be severly limited. With the type of power these cars can put out, he will probably want atleast a 255 or larger. I am quite certain that the spares, like the sawblades, wont be able to fit any larger than a 235, if that (correctly anyway)

correction...i have 225's and the spares are 205's.... so they are considerably thinner. i guess when i first got the car i saw a "full size" spare and not a donut or whatever those bicycle sized onces are called and assumed it was the same exact size as whats on the car right now....my bad.

so yes, he'd be limited....

what's the widest you can get? in a practical sence without bodywork?

FTL-For the Lose.
Define's a good idea or a bad idea.

Example=
"Should I go with 17"s, or 18"s?"
Reply:"18's FTW!"

At least you don't have 2 aftermarket wheels and 2 spare/stock wheels up mixed up ...
