Some 1jz electrical Q's

I have a few questions as to where things go.

The first wire is the main power wire off the alternator. It needs to be connected to the two black wires which originally connected to the 7m alternator.

The second connection looks like a ground, but I can't tell where it is so I don't know what it should bolt to.

Now, the first one needs to be connected to the wires from the 7m alt, but they're on different sides of the engine bay. What should I do?

Run some power wire from the alternator to the wires at the junction block.

So I have to run wire from the wires in pic number 1 to these at the junct block?
