Solid mount problem

Whats up guys, I am trying to put the 7M in the car, I am using the soild motor mounts that I bought, and the engine doesnt want to seat all the way, am I doing something wrong, or missing something, it still needs to drop like an inch or so, its lined up in the brackets, the motor is just to high, so then the trans bracket in the rear doesnt line up and so on. Any input would be helpfull thanks ricardo.

a good tip is to get motor in slip montes in stabe the holes with a screw driver in then drop the bolt's

I am using the ones from driftmotion, yea I have help in getting them in, they already are in the sattles, but they wont drop to the bottom of the sattles, almost as if they are to high.

Are you using the proper mounts on the 7M 89 and previous have different mounts than 90+

yea what he said , the 89+ are basicly just a bolt and a thick washer. the pre 89 are offset about an inch.
