slave cylinder internals?

will the internals like the piston, spring and the metal rod, out of an w58 slave cylinder work in a r154 slave cylinder?

Doubt it is they are different and they different part numbers for the rebuild kit.

New slaves are only like 30 bux and 50 from toyota.

Hvyman is correct, the internals are different. You can also get rebuild kits from NAPA and the like!
