Single'd 1JZ MKIII vs Single GTE MKIV and NA-T MKIV

these are runs from after our local wednesday night get together here in DFW.

we are 3 deep in Gotturbos? 1J @ 15psi

GTE MKIV is running a Greddy T76 @14psi and is having boost cut and rev limiter issues

NA-T is stock compression BL T61 Kit w/ AEM @ 8.5psi running water injection

fun runs over all, we reel them in at the end on both vids

First run, T76 car hit boost cut immediatley so hes not in the vid, mainly running the NA-T car

Second run, the NA-T car is on the drivers side, T76 car is on the passengers side

sorry about the shaky-ness, i had my 6'2" self squeezed into the back seat

lol, the runs were spur of the moment, we all happened to be going the same direction home, so i didnt really have much time to get the camera out and ready

i took the videos, and i still wonder whats going on in them (i hate sitting in the bitch seat trying to take videos, last time that happens)

That's awesome Ben, It's always nice to see a MK3 beat a couple of MK4's. I'm guessing this was on 121 right? That night that I showed up to the BD meet, Kurt and I got the red and blue lights after us. I'll have to come out again soon.

Nice ownage, but that poor MkIV would have put up a good fight.

More interesting would be a picture of a 6'2" person squeezing in the back of one of our MkIII. My friend is 6'4" and he cant even get into the front seat without his knees being in the dash and in the shifter area hahaha.

I hear ya there...I'm 6'6". I get pretty wierd looks sometimes while getting out of mine, especialy since it's lowered. I can't even imagine trying to get in the back seat since my head hits the roof in the driver seat, lol.
