I'm looking for a good quality aftermarket short shifter for my r154 turbo '88. I've seen a few on eBay, but I'm not sure if I should trust them. I also know a lot of guys just pull out their stocker and cut it short, but I'd like to put a new one in if possible. Does anyone know who makes a decent shifter for our cars?

Get a C's. Both my Supras have them, the other "short shifters" are crap for the precise machining of the C's.
You can ALWAYS sell the C's for more than half of what you paid easy because they are sold so seldom.

Having driven both the C's and the SS/JK V3, I'd say they're pretty close, but I prefer the SS/JK V3 over the C's as far as quality goes. Not to mention it's height adjustable.
