Catching everyone up incase you dont go to the "other" forum.

Ok Got the motor out, R154 trans off.

I have my GM kit read to install.

While the motor is out, I will be cleaning up a bit more and rewiring the engine harness. Engine harness will be tucked so it will look super clean.

Shes back in for good. More buttoning up to do tomorrow then off to tunning.

Wiring is tucked on the engine side, just need to feed it through and finish up under the dash. Also run all my plumbing.

Custom billet cover for the converter , bolts right up to the stock flex plate.

Also picked up my 1 piece driveshaft.

Thanks, Not really worried about how much power, as long as i have the right combination and can get the car dialed in making 9 sec passes on this th350, ill be satisfied.. Deffinatley need to get the trans break installed though.

This is a full weight car on radials driven everyday , and thats what it will stay as.

very nice! ill be going auto as well later down the road for 9s.

youve gotta kinda worry about power to get to your goal. 750 rwhp should get you into the 9s wth the auto.

very sweet build! post some video of the 30 psi for sure!! LOL

With the right gearing in the diff and trans, a good launch on a nice stall and sticky tires. you can get down the track and hit 9s on a mid 500 hp car. Been done numerous times on all other cars. Im pushing to get the supra's into it :)

and believe me, there will be tons of vids withing the next few days on 20psi. it will be a couple weeks before i turn it up to 30.

:)

Very cool! I've never heard of a supra going into the 9s with only 500 whp. But if you mess with the gearing and get a nice stall maybe and your at 3000 lbs maybe. Lol
