what company is best recommended? what price is good? insurance? open or closed carrier or does it matter?

Try that company that does all the cars for the Famous Barrett Jackson Auctions, thats a good place to start. A friend of mine who flew out to texas to buy a Pantera was going to drive it back to cali but instead ended up going to the truck stop , talking to a driver of a car carrier headed to cali for a few hundred bucks the gentlemen brought his car right to his home, your car insurance most likely covers it regadless of how it gets wherever I would imagine.

yeah, might be a little cheaper. but from cali to florida, 700-900, thats not too bad

well i checked out that monstar auto transport and ive never bought a car from a different state. i live in tn and the car is in in georgia. is 650 a reasonable price? im only 4 hours away.

Matt the bastard got the pantera a running basket case for a few thou too from the wife of some dude that passed away, all in all it was a cheap way to aquire a pantera, his 3rd and now a daily driver here in town.
