Some basic info about the car would help. Is it 5-Spd or Auto, Turbo? And when you say it shakes, do you mean when it's idling, the engine runs roughly? A little more info would be great.

edit: I just realized you said the coolant light was on...That's not a good sign...The coolant has to be going somewhere, was any work done on the cooling system recently? There is either a coolant leak somewhere, or you may be looking at a Blown Head Gasket (BHG), which is a common problem with Supras. Does the car smoke at all?

Sorry! Its a Auto Turbo, and yes when it is idling and coming to a stop. And no the engine does not run ruff. Up till last night when it was running it was hard to tell it was running it was so smooth.

Check my edit.
No It doesn't smoke at all. Has just been throw DEQ- Emission also. It only took about a quart of fluid when I put that in. It does have a small oil leak. But nothing major. And no work has been done that I know of. The car has been sitting for a while. But really only a couple of months.

I read a report online about brakes, and there is no such thing as warped rotors. The get cracked but not necessarily "warped"

You read wrong.

I can show you a rotor that is so warped it wouldn't turn any longer.

As for the car shaking comming to a stop. Is it more of a wiggle, as in the car wiggles from side to side?

If so, you have a tire problem. Either one is broke internally, or about to blow out.
