Hmm, I wonder how much energy is expended by the radio wave generator. I know my microwave pulls a lot of juice to run. Interesting idea though.

I think you are talking about Stan Meyer(dead). He did something similar by adjusting low dc voltage @ 20khz to make hydrogen..

This guys name John Kanzius and he is using radio waves to make plasma.
