Did some searching on this topic.I've got an safc II and I'm trying to wire it into a 1jz supra with a dr.tweak pnp harness running a JDM 2J aristo ECU.
I just checked the apexi site which seemed to be down for some reason....
After some digging I found this diagram someone had made for a JZS147 Aristo:
^^^ This is a little confusing & I worked out the following by looking at it:
Green- RPM signal
Purple- Knock sensor(most people don't use this apparently)
Grey- TPS
Black- Ground
Brown- Ground
Red- Ignition power
now this leaves me with 5 wires (orange,pink,blue yellow & white)
my questions are:
-which wire would I use for a pressure signal from the map?
-what other wires would be used in the installation or have I covered all the bases?
-since there are two ground wires do I splice the black wire into the brown wire and then into the ground wire on the ecu side?
on a side note the previous owner stated the car had a 2j soarer ecu but that doesn't seem possible since soarers never came with 2jzgte's (correct me if I'm wrong)
