Man the price to get a swap is so high. I replaced all my water pump/line/hose/t stat and notice the car was still shooting coolant out of the reservoir still. I got piss off and told myself "its already fuck up. Might as well see how F up it is". I drove the car around. Ran strong until I floored the car. The car kept cutting out like someone trying to drive off in first gear for the first time. Keep on doing that. Took it home and retorque the head bolt to 75lbs.. Filled up the coolant again and drove the car. Gunned the shit out of it and the car PULLS just fine....

So in the end... BHG has caused some damage to my cooling system and knowing me I hate driving on a block that has been damaged in some way and might not be able to handle higher boost in the future. Coolant still coming out but a sign that its not as bad as before... Time for a new motor.

Anyone in the DFW want to help me built one? :)

So you replaced everything that wouldn't cause coolant to come out of the reservoir...

Also sounds like you have a boost leak.

well I dont even trust how the inside of the block look sooo might as well do a full rebuilt. And no boost leak. Car pulls fine after retorque.

You're going to replace a rebuild a motor before knowing what the actual problem may be???

Check: Confirm good
waterpump
waterpump housing
radiator
hoses
turbo
turbolines
tstat
fan
fanclutch
belt tension
intake pipe leaks
valcum lines
oil
coolant
Fan shroud

Outside tempt- 71 degrees.

Compression test no need since it doesnt always confirm a bhg. Napa store are no where near my house but its a sure sign when everything is fine but coolant still goes shooting out of the resorvir but stops after over tq the head. The motor has been truely abused since the last owner ran the car with no coolant for some time. I want a strong motor to turn up the boost in the future.. not more trouble so Im sure this is a good time for me to learn.

i think the best indicator would be oil in the coolant, i thought my car had a BHG because it was overheating, but that wasn't the case

ive seen supra headgaskets blown between cylinder and water jacket , the symptom useally is as you rev the car with the radiator cap off the water spews out the radiator neck.Doesnt mean your gasket isnt blown because there is no visible sign of water in the oil.Youll probably find your radiator is near empty after a spirited drive.

My last gasket blew around cylinder 6,5 on the water jackets. Cylinders were fine though and it pulled great.... it was just annoying have those gurgling noises all the time; so I pulled the gasket.

YEP!!!! after a spirited drive it spilled out allot on the resorvioir. On a small light drive it comes out normally but not as bad. When I rev up I see it bouncing up and down in the cap hole but no overflow yet.
