Running E85 in a 7mgte

I'm not running it right now but I had the same question when I had a CRX. This is what I was told/ what I read about it.

The biggest pros are obviously the 110 octane, and that it burns colder than regular gas.
The cons are its inconsistency, decreased fuel economy, and the amount of work that goes into converting a car to it (the lines, a piggyback controller and/or an extensive tune.)

I'm not by any means an expert on E85 this is just the info I got.

Its not hard to convert a car to E85. I personally know 4 Mk4 supra's running corn juice. A good friend has built all 4 of them. Another friend has a world record holding evo on E85 he built himself. Its not hard at all and its not inconsistent at all or racers wouldnt use it. Consistency is the most important thing in racing. Especially under heavy boost. The evo runs over 50 psi. I know of a ZX14 that is going to be turbo and E85 next summer as well. www.btfracing.com or www.streettunedmotorsports.com are the 2 shops that build a ton of E85 cars.
