retorque question

I can't remember...when doing the retorque do you start in the middle (#1 in the manual) and work out to #14? Or do you start at #14 and work in to #1...?

Same as the TRSM, pull the bolt back about 1/4 turn then tighten to spec, due to static friction you WON'T get an accurate pull if you don't.
