If someone takes a loaded spring off a strut without a spring compressor and has it pointed at there chest... well lets just say thats learning the hard way.
Its very simple to change your suspension. If you look at the link it shows that you have to take off the uppercontol arm bolt (kind of a pita on passenger side) and strut bolt for the front. For the rear all I did was take off the rear strut bolt and that was it. The suspension on mine though was not stock so I don’t know if that will work as easy for you as it did for me.
Then use a spring compressor to put your springs on the tokicos( if you need it) and install the same way you took the old ones out backwards.
