recommended engine builder

Hey guys, I have been away from the supra scene for almost 4 years. I kept my '91 but never had time for it. Anway, got it out of storage and now need to get the engine rebuilt, and new clutch (just over 90k miles on it). Again I am short on time and do not really have the means to do a rebuild myself.

Can you recommend a good engine builder relatively close to NW PA? I did a search and SIP in Kent appears to be a candidate but from their website I can't determine if they only sell parts or if they have a sevice shop.

Any feed back on them?

I plan to stay basically stock with MHG.
