rebuild now over fueling

so i just did a hg on my supra and now it seems to be over fueling and the ignition timing seems to be wrong and unable to set up properly. anyone got any ideas or had this problem before. had it running but the engine man light was on. i think thats due to the fuel issue though. thanks
