I know there have been 927 threads about people doing rebuilds and the questions surrounding said operation, but as I consider my options for my rebuild, I have a few questions I haven't found good answers to. I apologize if any or everybody is tired of reading this crap.
Pistons: I found a set with rings on ebay made by NOA or Nippon of America for $120. Basically here I just want to know if anybody has any gripes about or better alternatives to these for the price. Don't have the $$$ for forged goodness.

Rings: One of my biggest questions right now is what rings to go with. The pistons above come with a set of NPR's. Does anybody have any experience using these rings? From what I gather they are chrome and steel which is not a good thing for the 7m block. Are Toyota rings the best way to go? What specific alternatives are out there?
Main & Rod Bearings: How do ACL's stack up to Clevites? I know I've read that original Clevite 77's were very good, but now they are just another brand boxed as Clevites correct? Any better alternatives?
Thanks for any helpful hints
