noticed this a few weeks ago, and im starting to wonder just what the hell it could be. driving pretty slow (0-20 mph) im able to hear it really well with the windows down. the noise:

a jingle coming from my rear wheels or somewhere in that area. it almost sounds like a washer loose on one of the lugs but ive tightened all of them to specs. my next thought was something on the driveshaft that was loose, but at this point i have no clue what it could be. anyone have an idea?

It's one of the springs, retainers, or adjusters loose in your emergency brake.
Pull the rotor off and you'll see what happened.

k, handbrake is pretty bad right now. im guessin the pads are on their way out, with less than 1/8 inch remaining. had to adjust it from 15 clicks down to 10 just to get the thing to grab. time for a new set?

I've got a jingle a whole lot like that, but it's coming from the passenger side front, when I hit a bump it makes this little jingle sound...pulled the wheel off and checked the suspension and what not...tapped on some parts with a large rubber mallet, and it wouldn't make the sound. I was thinking swaybar end-links but...who knows.

Somethings you could check....
Check the front bumper side supports, make sure it's not rusted/broken/loose. Check the brake calipers - see if you can slide the arm in/out...mine jingles when i hit bumps.
For the rear - check the suspension support/bumper on the shocks, I have a piece that came rusted loose so it jingles.
