Rear bushing install problem??

I am replacing all the rear bushings during rebuild. All went well till I got
to the upper arms. They should be the easy. Getting them out was no problem however when trying to install the new ones (purchased from Jeff Watson @ Champion) the new bushings are fatter by 4mm or so and shorter in length (see pic) so when pressing them in even with lots of lube it bunches up around the outside lip and will not go all the way thru. The extra
rubber in the shaft portion just will not go thru?? The part number is 48702-14030 - same as the orig. Factory part taken out.

ps the front uppers went in with no issues ---- suggestions

if they dont go in my hand/a little force, there wrong.

we redid all of my bushings, and once you beat the inner sleeve out, it goes in like butter. double check to make sure you got the correct part.
