Quick question I'm wiring my rear abs vss the pigtail has 3 wires one black, one red/black, and one yellow

On my harness there are the same color wires

In the plug that connects the pigtail to the harness
The yellow and black wires are swapped (so when it's plugged in the yellow is connected to black and black to yellow)

Is this correct? Or should I swap them? It doesn't seem correct is someone with working abs at a point where they would be willing to check that plug for me?

(it's right next to the starter visible without removing anything)

Yellow to yellow. Black to black. Red to red. It's like that from the sensor to the abs Ecu.

Yeah that's what it says in the TEWD but my and my parts car would end up with the black and yellow wires switched at that connector as well as Faye's car (her abs light is on diagnosis says there is something wrong with the front sensor not the rear) that doesn't say much did you look at yours or are you just going off the TEWD?

It's a Hall effect sensor. It supposed to be how it is in the diagram. But if you switch black and yellow it will be fine. That is power and ground and red is the signal.
