Really tired of this problem

Alright when I start up my car everything fine I let it run a few min before I leave. I drive down the road to pay a couple of bills still fine. After I'm done all my bill paying it starts acting up everytime I'm at a light the car well want to start like missing or wanting to shut off. I think it start this when I'm driving around on an hot day. But when it at night the car well hesitat a little I check all my hoses and check for codes it gave me a code for oxgen sensor. Also my car ideas at 2000 rpm after it warms up. I also change the spark plugs and wire not even a mouth ago. i check the area were the injector are and there some litte liqued there I'm thinking of just changing the whole fuel line to an aftermarket on I look on summit and they have an aluminum one 25ft if anyone put it on before and the wholeinjector set up to. I know the kind of a newbie question but were is the ISV valve located

First rule of thumb: If you are getting engine codes, always address those first. I'm not an expert with O2 Sensors, but I know that engines codes are no good. Fix the problem with the O2 code, then go from there. After that, I would also check your ISC (Idle Speed Control) valve.
Based on what you're saying, it sounds like your troubles begin after the engine warms up.

Alright I just found something out today when the car is done warming up I start driving it first I notice my gas needle is acting strange. When I'm alittle under an half of tank of gas the car is running fine but when it get alittle close to an queter of an tank the car act up like I said early wanting to shut off I notice that the needle sometime goes back up to half and wait a few min then drops back down to an quter. I went to the gas station today and put freash gas in and the car is running fine now. I'm thinking my whole fuel system is miss up and thinking it time to replace the whole thing please I ask what fuel line did everyone do to replace the old stock lines. I mad up my my to upgrade it.

im dead on sure its my fuel system the whole thing is going to be change to a steel flex line or alumin line which is best need help on that
