7m-gte r154. A very loud ticking sound on a cold engine at idle. When the engine is warm it goes away. But it's also heard under harder acceleration. Going through a tunnel and etc. At first i thought it's related to engine. Valves or maybe even rod knock. But lately i began to notice that a similar sound is produced while shifting. Only if i get a rough shift. So, my thoughts were, maybe it's related to the drive train? Loose flywheel, clutch or similar things. At hard acceleration and a rough/missed shit it sounds like someone is crushing a beer can or smth like that. Any ideas?

Its possible your exhuast manifold is leaking. It will make a ticking noise like RK. Leave your car in Nutral and rev it with the hood open and see/smell/hear for an exhaust leak.

I had something similar a couple weeks ago, it got progressively worse, then I was unable to shift... All 6 flywheel bolts had worked themselves almost completely out. That sucked, hope you just have loose exhaust bolts or something
