I have a slight noise coming from my transmission when I have my clutch out. As soon as I push the clutch in, the noise goes away. I can only hear it when I am idleing because if I am driving my exhaust tunes it out.

How worried should I be about it? Is it possible for the clutch fork to be mis-aligned or something?

if it just started making noise, you could run it a while longer,

just remember, if shifting into gear is near impossible stop driving the car, cause the pilot bearing seized, or is not smothly sping causing the input shaft to spin and keep the syncro's from slowing the speed gears to the proper speed,

in other words, stop driving .

just replace the 15 dollar bearing, along with the through out bearing while your in there.

if the clutch is old, might aswell surface the flywheel (45) and purchase a new oem clutch (roughly 250)

do it right once...

it can also be an input shaft bearing.

mine is currently making some noise, im either going to replace the bearings or throw another tranny in there.
