Hey guys i found an r154 for a good price near me, but it has one problem, the input shaft is chipped at the end where its tapered to line up the pilot bearing. I dont think it would cause issues but i want some input before i buy the thing.

So i just picked her up, $700 think i got a great deal seeing how much they go for on craigslist and ebay these days. Anyways i looked in the bellhousing and all thats there is a hook thing, not familiar with how the fork is suppose to sit just curious what is missing/what i need to get for it to work.. Also theres these threaded holes on the passenger side near the tailshaft which i have no idea what they are for.. Mount maybe? Idk any input would be great!

Another thing, will this bolt to my crossmember, and will my driveline still fit? I see the tailshaft has a threaded hole almost like its suppose to have a bolt on yoke..

Okay so those holes are for the exhaust hanger, my question about the xmember is if the w58 xmember will bolt up to the r154?

No, you'll need a different crossmember and driveshaft. Also, theres a rather complex throwout bearing/hub/clutch fork system as its a pull type clutch instead of a push type. You should be able to get the clutch hardline to work, if i remember correctly. In any case, theres still quite a few parts you'll need to get this to bolt in..

Do you by any chance have a clue what crossmember(s) will work or will only an r154 mk3 crossmember work?
