quick ?????

im finaly puting my ENG back to gether after a long brake...and as i was bolting up the J tube on the block i noticed a hole about the size of a nickle on the block just above the J tube and when i spin the oil pump pully i can see some thing inside turning looks like the oil pump drive...My question is what goes in that hole its not threded I looked in the book and nothing and i dont rember ever seeing it...so what goes there????

Bushing for the end of the oil pump drive. I'm guessing the machine shop removed it...

i think they did cause i didnt remove it...thnaks for the help...you know where i can get a pic of it or what it looks like instaled...

11437-45010 is the part number for a new bushing. Looks as though it needs to be driven in from the bottom, so the pump needs to come out.

was just looking in TSRM dont know how i missed it but thanks for the link thats just what i was looking for, i gess the pan is coming off again supramania saves the day again...

well i just priced the part from my local toyota dealer i couldent beleave it is $58 for that little bushing. does any one know where i can maby find it cheaper.
