ok, so i bought parts here from a unnamed member, and there not gonna be here until the day my brothers leaving, bumpers, a few odds and end shit here, DHLs shipping them and estimated time is monday, he leaves then, is there anyway i can call Them and Pay them more money to ship it faster when its already in transit?

Probably not, but you may be able to pick it up early at the local DHL terminal. Call them and talk to them about it.

the closest one is prolly 60 or so miles away, its not gonna be worth be driving there.
