I am still working on my car and my old factor oil hose line, the metal hose section, and the oil cooler itself is WORN to the bones. Since I am redoing my car I figure I run new hoses, and a aftermarket oil cooler.
Why did the factory run both rubber and metal hoses? I am running new 5/16th hoses rated at 50psi all the way rubber to the oil cooler which is frieken tough as hell..
The new hose will be about the same lenth as factory maybe a foot or two shorter since I am placing it in a new spot.. No problem with the that right?
