quesstion about safc/vpc setting

i have both installed
vpc has a 440 stock chip
now i believe that the vpc now puts out a karmen signal
so the setting on the safc should be karmen in and flapper out
both the vpc and safc are zerod out
my car kinda of idles with the safc set at pressure in presure out but i don't thik that this is right
also i am na-t 91 no egr, no csi, 12volt fuel pump mod, i have an afpr, but running stock one right now. with afpr car runs way too rich. it actually runs better when the guage reads zero pressure, then set at 35 psi.

i found my answer to the chip
i need to run the mr2 turbo chip since they have a flapper door and a turbo
what i need know is the dip switch settings for this application

i have been searching for about three days now and i have no response to my vpc dip switch question
can someone help me
i am about ready to pull out my hair and drop kick my brain
