What diagram? There are two ported vacuum holes (99% of people just block them off) and two coolant fittings on the Q45 throttle body. Epoxy works well for permanently blocking the vacuum fittings off, so you don't have to worry about some stupid cap blowing off on boost. It is also a good idea to remove the throttle kicker linkage if you aren't running a standalone/ do have an ISC/ are not running the coolant lines to the TB.
