Well we have been busy here at the shop and figured its about time we post some of our shop projects. Here is the most recent build. The goals are 475+ on pump gas and 600 on high boost (water meth)

-87 MK3
-Rebuilt 2jzgte
-Crower 264 cams
-BIC Performance single turbo kit, DBB T67, .68 A/R, Tial 44 wastegate
-BIC Performance, Intercooler kit, Precision core, 3" SS piping, Tial BOV
-BIC 3.5" DP
-BIC 3.5" Thunder exhaust system
-BIC Twin Walbro fuel system, 750cc injectors
-Haltech E11v2 standalone EMS
-BIC LS1 ignition coil system
-ACT Xtream clutch kit, 6 puck
-Lots more custom parts....

After the break in miles we took it to the dyno for the Load Cell and low boost tuning. The car was tuned made a very impressive 484 RWHP at 17 psi boost and 480 TQ!!! This spring/ summer the plan is to install a water/ meth Kit and turn up the boost, 600+ rwhp is the goal. I will scan the dyno sheet, but here is some pics to start.

Looks right on the money so far. Shouldn't you be able to get closer to 700 rwhp on the 67? With e-85 on a similar setup I am planning on getting near 800 rwhp on 28 lbs of boost? I have e-85, injectors and 272's.

BTW, My custom billet Comp turbo 67 with dividied housing, and SP spool valve is in the works. That is what I meant with similar set up. I sold the GT-35.

We dont have E85 here in Canada, at least not around here. We will only push the car as hard as the customer wants to.

nice! if only you guys had e85 in canada, it would be a beast!

Thats a lot of torque, but it doesn't stay around long, which is surprising with the cams.

I'm thinking it might have to do with the turbine housing being 0.68 A/R. This setup seems to have a similar length power band as other 67's but starts ~1000 rpm sooner. It seems like others are 5000 - 8000 power bands while this is more of a 4000 - 7000 rpm power band.

What do you think?

The turbine wouldn't cause that much restriction at such low boost/power. Theres something else going on there. The car doesn't hold power at all. Its mildly better then stock twins and its a 67mm turbo with cams!
