I've finally got my car completely stripped down to the unibody frame, and getting prepped for the rotisery. You'll be happy to hear that i'm not going with the panther pink color I was considering.
I've actually decided to be more suttle in color, but you will have to wait to find out. However I do have a question I've been curious about for a long time. Now that i'm completely stripped to the bone on my supra. Within the community, aftermarket parts stores, and god awefull toyota stock prices.
Are there enough new, or newer parts out there to completely do this body up from the ground up. I mean everyhingyou can think of. Hoses, Piping, interior parts, etc.
Other then performance i'm decided on keeping it close to stock as possible. Now i am going to be going with a 1.5JZ setup, and possibly the getrag 6 speed tranny. But i'd like shadow grey interior, reguardless how long it takes me or how much.
Now i also need a good machinists out there to be on-call so to speak for me, because there are a lot of 3d designs i have drafted for my engine bay setup that i will need fabricated, and I want only the best. aside from that i'll give you a short hand list of some things i'm looking for.
Interior:
• All factory original Shadow grey interior
• New Black Carpeting
• Brushed aluminum dash kit
• All gauges replaced with AutoMeter Analogs
Exterior:
• Regulus Wing
• Modified 89+ Front Fascia (Looking to Hire)
• Black Powder coated MKIV Turbo Wheels
• Rear Sun Shade
1JZ/Engine Bay:
• A ton of Parts Polishing (Looking to Hire)
• FFIM (Looking to Hire Machinist)
• Custom Welded Piping for twin side-mount IC's (Looking to Hire Machinist)
• Custom Welded exhaust system (Looking to Hire Machinist)
A lot of this stuff is not yet needed as of this very moment but making contacts would be absolutly wondrful. I know there are alot of very knowledable people on this forum, and I hope that you can assist me with your knowledge in helping me complete this project, and what i think will be a very beautiful MKIII for the record books.
Thank you everyone for reading
